A Las Vegas Garden of Love Wedding Chapel Chapel Review Horror Story 02/10/08, User: tillygirl Chapel Quality Rating: 3 Chapel Quality Description: We were married in the Valley of Fire, not the chapel Service Rating: 1 Service Description: What they don't tell you is that you should expect to tip the driver, the photographer, and the minister, even though the site states that gratuity is included. I hired someone through the chapel to do my hair and make-up. They overbooked my girl and sent a substitute an hour late. No one bothered to call to let me know that she would be late, and didn't even apologize when I called them. The "limo" turned out to be a party bus with no champagne glasses and a door that wouldn't stay closed while we drove, causing an alarm to go off the entire time. The wedding video I received had no sound, and the wedding pictures were delivered to my hotel room at 11:42pm on my wedding night. Talk about an inconvenient phone call from the front desk! And did the Garden of Love respond to the letters and e-mail I sent complaining about my experience - nope, not a word. I ended up married, but that's about it. Don't expect much from these people.
