Chapel of the Bells Wedding Chapel Chapel Review What a Disappointment 01/16/08, User: tgp1234 Chapel Quality Rating: 1 Chapel Quality Description: The small inside chapel was cute and just the right size for my guest. Would not dare take any pictures outside the small chapel. The outside of the chapel looked run down and dirty. Service Rating: 1 Service Description: Customer service was less then desirable. Was promised things over the phone that were not honored on the day of the ceremony. Was charged for things that we did not ask for. Was not made aware of "service fee" until after the ceremony was completed. Refused to give us a copy of an itemized receipt.
