A Las Vegas Garden of Love Wedding Chapel Chapel Review NASTY! Just awful! 07/14/07, User: supersmartwoman Chapel Quality Rating: 1 Chapel Quality Description: We were horrified (my sister being the Bride I was trying to be supportive!) to see in person how NASTY this chapel looked once we arrived! People EVERYWHERE-! It was clear that this chapel makes lots of money yet can't afford COOL AIR for all of us guests who MAKE them MONEY? The wait was horrible! Customer service? There wasn't ANY! I felt so bad for my sister. This was her dream day turned into a nightmare. Its clear, this chapel only cares about your money, and once they have it, you can get lost! Service Rating: 1 Service Description: I wish my sister would have read other reviews before choosing A LAS VEGAS GARDEN OF LOVE, more like A LAS VEGAS GARDEN OF HELL! Some of the staff were nice, but you could hear them actually whispering as you turned your back! One lady was actually swearing on the phone to a customer! Everyone in our bridal party could hear her! The restroom was so small my sister was terrified that her dress would become soiled as its less than a attractive area for a bride to go to the restroom when shes dressed beautifully! The crowding was awful.. not even any water for us guests in over 110 degree weather? This chapel is less than responsive to attempt to make us feel better. Their over all attitude is 'thanks for your money, now get out'! You think you are getting a deal? Think again! My sister and New Brother in law had to tip everyone! That is the only way they get paid you are told! The only thing great was our Minister.. but "Garden of Love"? Don't waste your money, they couldn't care a less about my sisters special wedding day!
