A Las Vegas Garden of Love Wedding Chapel Chapel Review Horrible Customer Service 01/27/07, User: jerryswife Chapel Quality Rating: 2 Chapel Quality Description: Chapels were ok, they should do more to hide the extension cords for their lighting. Service Rating: 1 Service Description: The wedding service was nice the minister good, but the other people were horrid. Some of the people working there smelled of booze so bad that you couldn't stand to be by them. The pictures taken by their so called "photographers" were all too dark and had to be edited, the dvd was also too dark. We paid extra for an expidited certified copy of our marriage certificate, which they assured us that we would have it in 7-10 days. Well, it's been almost 2 months and we still haven't gotten it. I have called 3 times regarding this. The last time I called I was rather upset and the girl on the phone started yelling at me and told me maybe if I was nicer people would do things for me! Can you imagine? I have informed them that I will be turning them in to my credit card company for applying charges that they did not provide service for. Other then the actual chapel we used and the minister I don't have anything nice to say about them. They are rude, unorginized, unprofessional and need some real help with customer service.
