The Little Church of the West Wedding Chapel Chapel Review Customer Service NIGHTMARE! 01/13/07, User: Jsam79 Chapel Quality Rating: 5 Chapel Quality Description: The historic chapel is beautiful, not plastic-y & cheap like so many other Vegas places. We were drawn to this over the Venetian's chapels. Too bad for us... we were rushed, pushed around and treated horribly. This is coming from a 2nd time bride in her 40s! We weren't expecting much, but we confirmed internet, phone and in person over the months proceeding. Gave them every effort to get two things right. A time of day and a rose bouquet. Are those two items unreasonable for any bridal couple to ask for? Especially after confirming, in person even! Why did we confirm that last time? The uncomfortable feeling from the older woman on the telephone. Service Rating: 1 Service Description: The Customer Service? HORRID is too nice a word! Limo was late, changing room was dirty, officiant was okay, but office staff was really rude and flowers were dead and falling apart. Photos were okay quality.
