One is located directly on the strip and the other is just off of the motel parking lot. The strip entrance puts you directly into the reception area of the chapel. This area is one of the worst reception areas I have seen. The reception area is decorated with an old, tattered couch and the usual glass casing filled with last minute wedding items for sale. When you enter the chapel from the entrance off of the motel parking lot, you enter into a dark hallway cluttered with old movie posters. The hallway looks similar to a young child’s wall who has decided to haphazardly pin up any movie poster they could get their hands on. In fact, if I was this child’s mother I would demand that these posters be taken down because they look so tacky. Apparently, these movie posters are what A Hollywood Wedding Chapel’s “Hollywood” theme consists of. A Hollywood Wedding Chapel features only one wedding chapel. The chapel is decorated with lots of silk floral arrangements. The arrangements are not by any means the prettiest I have seen, but add a nice touch to an otherwise ugly chapel. Like most Las Vegas Wedding Chapels, the head of the Hollywood Wedding Chapel features white columns, silk flowers, and candles. The chapel has individual chairs instead of the usual pews. The chapel is larger than many of the others and can seat about 30 people. The Hollywood Wedding chapel has a semi-new Lincoln Town Car limo which will pick you up from a nearby hotel and bring you to the chapel. However, A Hollywood Wedding Chapel does not provide limo service to the courthouse for wedding licenses. This limo is newer than many of the other chapel’s limos. Another drawback of getting married at A Hollywood Wedding Chapel is that it offers no outdoor areas to take wedding pictures at. However, the surrounding outdoor area of the chapel is so ugly that I find it hard to believe that anyone would want outdoor wedding pictures taken here anyway. The only plus to this wedding chapel is that it offers an “all included” complete wedding package. The chapel claims that this is maybe the only wedding package in Las Vegas that contains no hidden fees. Unlike many of the other chapel’s packages, all you pay is the price of the package ($255). There are no tips, taxes, or “donations” added to the price. Unlike some of the other Las Vegas wedding chapels, no one famous has been married at A Hollywood Wedding Chapel. There is a reason for this. A Hollywood Wedding Chapel is a meager attempt to draw people in using the Hollywood theme. If you want to get married at somewhere special- this is not it. Service Rating: 2 Like most of the employees at the independent Las Vegas wedding chapels, the employees at A Hollywood Wedding Chapel are friendly and helpful when it comes to arranging your ceremony at the chapel. The employees dress very casually; usually wearing jeans and t-shirts. When I first arrived at A Hollywood Wedding Chapel, there were two employees seated at the large, old couch that sits in the entrance of the chapel. The staff was friendly and allowed me to view the chapel. However, neither of the employees got up from the couch to greet me. In fact, neither of the employees attempted to volunteer any information about the chapel to me nor did they ask me if I had any questions about the services offered at the chapel. While I was at A Hollywood Wedding Chapel, a couple arrived to have an on-the spot wedding at the chapel.
