However, the Paris focuses specifically on a Paris inspired theme. I have never been to Paris so I cannot attest to its authenticity. However, the hotel is quite beautiful. Because of its Paris theme, I had high expectations for the Paris, Las Vegas wedding chapel. After all, isn’t Paris every girl’s dream wedding location? Boy was I in for a surprise. When I entered the Paris’ Chapelle du Jardin I couldn’t believe my eyes. I was not in the beautiful, high end wedding chapel I expected. Instead, the wedding chapel was small, trite, and cheap looking. The Chapelle du Jardin at Paris Las Vegas is decorated with ugly, pastel, sunset looking wallpaper. Besides the wallpaper, the chapel is completely vacant of any color. It’s stark white. Adding to the cheap look of the Chapelle du Jardin are the brass tables that sit behind the podium. There are also two large flower bouquets in the wedding chapel filled with white flowers. The only redeeming quality about this wedding chapel is the wooden arch detailing at the top of the walls. The Chaplelle du Jardin’s seating can accommodate up to thirty wedding guests and consists of plain white wooden pews. After seeing the Paris, Las Vegas Chapelle du Jardin, I had no idea what to expect of its larger chapel, Chapelle du Paradis. Again, I was completely surprised. However, instead of finding another ugly wedding chapel, I found a beautiful, ornate, French inspired wedding chapel. The Paris Las Vegas’ Chapelle du Paradis looks like it could be found in the Palace of Versailles. This wedding chapel has it all with: crystal chandeliers, detailed gold leafing, sets of large columns, and a gorgeous ceiling mural of cherubs flying in the sky. I loved this chapel. It may be a little gaudy for some, but I really liked its detail. The Chapelle du Paradis seats up to 90 wedding guests with its church styled pews. By and large I enjoyed my trip to the Paris Las Vegas wedding chapels. I would not recommend this wedding chapel to any bride and groom who have less than 30 wedding guests since the wedding ceremony would take place in the ugly Chapelle du Jardin. For those having a larger wedding (over 30 wedding guests) I think the Paris Las Vegas’ Chapelle du Paradis would make for a fantasy Parisian style wedding. Service Rating: 4 When I entered the Paris, Las Vegas wedding chapel I was immediately greeted by chapel staff. The wedding chapel staff at the Paris was very friendly and eager to answer any questions I had. I consider the attention I immediately receive at a wedding chapel a good indicator of the type and quality of attention a bride will receive when planning her wedding. Thus, I think the service at the Paris wedding chapel would be well above average. At the Paris, weddings are booked on the half hour so that not more than one wedding occurs at a time. Depending on the size of your wedding, this may create a bit of a time crunch to get your wedding party in and out of the wedding chapel in less than thirty minutes. Another service the Paris wedding chapel offers is a 10% room discount to the bride and groom upon the booking of a wedding. The Paris, Las Vegas, like all good Las Vegas wedding chapels has a bridal dressing room. It is not the best dressing room I have ever seen. There is no full length mirror and there was only one seat. On the up side, there was a nice large counter top and an attached bathroom. Also, the chapel staff informed me that when a bride enters the bridal dressing room prior to the wedding ceremony all of her wedding flowers are pre-arranged in the dressing room for her and her bridal party. I thought this was a nice touch. Like the Monte Carlo wedding chapel, the Paris, Las Vegas wedding chapel is located on the same floor as the spa. This is a great because a bride and her bridal party could have their hair and nails done at the spa and walk across the way to the wedding chapel. I left the Paris, Las Vegas wedding chapel with a good feeling about the service I received. I believe that brides getting married at the Paris, Las Vegas wedding chapel would also receive good service. Paris Wedding Chapel Chapel News |
