The Chapel of the Bells has a small outdoor courtyard that can be used for outdoor wedding pictures. The courtyard is completely fenced in by a white iron fence. The greenery of the courtyard is sparse and consists of one large tree and some smaller shrubbery and flowers. This is definitely not the prettiest background for wedding pictures. The staff at the Chapel of the Bells informed me that for Valentine’s Day, the outdoor courtyard area is decorated with balloons.
There is only one wedding chapel at the Chapel of the Bells. The Chapel is utterly unimpressive. The front of the Chapel is draped in floor length white curtains. There is a large old lighting fixture at the entrance of the Chapel and three different lighting fixtures that look like candles, at the head of the Chapel. Instead of pews, there are about 15-20 bamboo inspired individual chairs for wedding guests to observe the ceremony from. The best thing about the Chapel of the Bells is the full sized white piano sitting inside of it. Other than the piano, decorations are sparse. There are very few flowers and no ribbons or bows.
The Chapel has an old, dirty limo. Some of the packages include a limo pickup service which will pick you up from your hotel, take you to the courthouse to obtain a wedding license, and back to the Chapel of the Bells to be married.
All of the packages are subject to additional fees. There is a $55 minister fee, a “special service charge,” and tax. The Chapel rents wedding dresses. There are four different wedding dresses to choose from and they are surprisingly decent looking.

When I arrived at the Chapel of the Bells, there was only one employee, a woman, working. The woman sat at a desk situated at the front of the chapel entrance. The woman was friendly and at my request, gave me a brochure of the Chapel and its services. I then showed myself around the Chapel while the woman remained at the desk. When I was about to leave the Chapel, a family of foreigners arrived at the Chapel. The father of the family was not strong in the English language. The father was very worried because he and his wife had been married at the Chapel a few days prior and he was unsure if he needed to file his marriage license to ensure the validity of his marriage. The woman was extremely rude to the man blowing him off and trying to get him to leave the chapel without offering her help.
