My name is Amber. I am a twenty-four year old life time Nevada resident. I got engaged in August 2005 and like many brides to be was very excited about planning my dream wedding. However, after I began planning my wedding day I was utterly overwhelmed. Living in Las Vegas, I thought it would be easy to find the perfect location for my wedding. Boy was I wrong! After visiting numerous Las Vegas wedding chapels, I started to feel like I would never find the right place to have my dream wedding. Luckily, I persevered and visited almost every wedding chapel in Las Vegas until I found the perfect place for my wedding. After sharing my story with several of my friends, I soon found that I was not the only frustrated bride-to-be. It was then that I realized that there is not a lack of beautiful wedding chapels in Las Vegas, but rather there is a lack of independent informational sources about the various wedding chapels. Of course each chapel claims to be the best, but I needed a way to find out which chapel was perfect for me.

It was then that I came up with the idea of aboutvegasweddings.com. I wanted to find a way to share everything I went through and everything I learned with other future brides.
